Director, Quality Medicare Strategy

Position Purpose: The Director of Quality Medicare Strategy drives the development of our Multi-year, market specific Medicare Stars Performance Strategy. In addition, this individual plans, and partners with key stakeholders to understand the geographic market expansion of our Medicare business and the researches and plans innovations to our Medicare Stars Program.

This is a remote opportunity supporting Medicare Advantage.

The ideal candidate brings strong Medicare Advantage and Medicare Stars expertise. This strategic, analytical leader can translate complex data and evolving CMS requirements into actionable strategies, align cross-functional teams, strengthen provider engagement, and drive measurable improvements in quality outcomes, member experience, and Medicare performance.

• Directs the Medicare multi-year strategic planning process annually.
• Develops new state and new county expansion market recommendations.
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments to implement business strategies.
• Oversees the network and sales channel development of new state expansions.
• Leverages our Medicare product strategy to continuously enhance our go to market strategy across, sales, marketing and markets.
• Works with product development to oversee the implementation of new innovations.
• Facilitates the exploration of external partnerships to enhance our Medicare strategic positioning.
• Provides support for financial, sales and operation reporting and analysis.
• Ability to lead change and execute on business objectives through oversight and management of key stakeholders and owners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.Additional Responsibilities:

Candidate Education:

• Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Bachelor's degree Required or equivalent work experience
• 5 + years of Medicare Advantage related experience
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing new business strategies
• 3+ years of experience in working in a Medicare Advantage environment
