Position Purpose:
Leads communication strategies that prepare leaders and employees for organizational change by equipping managers with the information, tools, and resources needed to successfully lead through change.
- Develops leader communication and cascade strategies.
- Creates manager toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and communication resources.
- Develops readiness communication plans for enterprise initiatives.
- Partners with HR, Culture and transformation leaders to support organizational readiness.
- Designs listening strategies and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Monitors employee sentiment and recommend communication adjustments.
- Supports executive presentations and leadership messaging.
- Measures effectiveness of readiness communications.
- Ensures consistency across leader communications.
- Supports enterprise governance for change communications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Communications or related field required
7+ years internal, leadership, or change communications experience required
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, building executive relationships, managing multiple priorities, and communicating complex business topics to diverse audiences preferred
This position is 100% remote with up to 10% travel required as needed
Pay Range: $118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
