Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function. This position supports member communications by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; evaluating data and system dependencies; and translating approved business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. The Business Analyst II will partner across business, technical, compliance, and operational teams to support development, testing, implementation, and validation against approved business and regulatory requirements.


Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements is strongly preferred.
Experience translating business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional or technical specifications is highly valuable.
Experience with member communications, document composition, user acceptance testing, requirements traceability, change control, or regulated business processes is preferred.
The ideal candidate will understand upstream systems, data elements, interfaces, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.


  • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems.
  • Identify and analyze business requirements, procedures, data and system dependencies, and problems to improve existing processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, document functional and technical requirements, recommend potential business solutions and assist with testing and implementation.
  • Identify ways to enhance performance management, requirements quality and traceability, and operational reports related to new business implementation processes.
  • Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.
  • Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between various business units to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support stakeholder review and approval.
  • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standard.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Project management experience preferred.
