Position Purpose: As part of Carolina Complete Health, the Finance Analyst II will compile and analyze financial information for the company, health plan.


Key Details: For this role, while it is remote, we are considering qualified applicants living in the state of North Carolina. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.



  • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Preferred experience:

  • Inpatient admission pricing, estimation experience.
  • Experience in Healthcare, MA, and/or studying cost trends also a plus.
  • Advanced excel skills: Pivot table, Power BI, V & H-Lookup, Excel queries.
Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year
