This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.

Job Description:

Responsible for oversighting leading and driving end-to-end program management, developing national duals strategy, including Medicare Advantage and Duals related public policy priorities and building trusted relationships with internal leaders and external stakeholders to influence and drive key policy decisions and long-term strategy.

  • Accountable for managing effective internal and external relationships, garnering required state/federal request support and feedback, maintaining transparent communications & gaining alignment from decision makers at all levels.
  • Responsible for developing a policy-informed strategy and playbooks for use across multiple markets in support of driving our duals strategy forward.
  • Advises the DIO team on all regulatory matters related to regulatory organizations and impact on business strategy.
  • Oversight of stakeholder advisory groups and partnership with LOB leadership to ensure effective preparation, representation, coordination and aligned communication.
  • Responsible for selecting, developing, empowering and deploying direct reports to drive impact and achieve objectives.
  • Partners with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to drive effective end to end process for timely regulatory filings, requests and submissions (i.e. APLs, benefit changes, contracts, products, amendments)
  • Responsible for leading change management efforts in partnership with and across Medi-Cal team, functional areas, the California market to drive effective program design, policy advocacy and decisions


Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree; 5-7 years of Industry experience required. Health policy, healthcare analytics, business, economics, law, or related experience preferred. Program or project management capabilities, Regulatory or Compliance Background, Federal, State and Regulatory Policy background preferred. Strong data analysis, communication skills and public speaking. 0-3 years of supervisory/management experience

Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year
