Description
Position Purpose:
Provides direct interaction with vendors and acts as a liaison with vendors and internal departments.
Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.
- Provides timely response and resolution to all vendor inquiries.
- Completes authorization entry for vendor services when appropriate.
- Monitors SharePoint, fax queues and MCS work queues, and corrects any issues resulting from these monitoring activities.
- Assists with the completion of vendor reports.
- Assists with the review of monthly and quarterly vendor compliance reporting.
- Prepares and reviews vendor audit universe(s) for CMS submission.
- Conducts audits on vendor activities.
- Participates in Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings with vendors.
- Gathers and analyzes vendor performance metrics.
- Acts as vendor liaison between internal departments.
- Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities.

Education/Experience:
Required: An Associate's Degree in a related field
Preferred: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Candidate Experience: Required 1+ year of experience in vendor administrations, utilization management operation administration or office administration
New Hampshire is the preferred location for this position, but the hiring team is open to hiring someone working remotely anywhere in the United States. This new hire will be required to work a schedule that aligns with Eastern Time business hours and to travel to New Hampshire occasionally.
