Description
Position Purpose: Manage the day to day operations of the Sales and Marketing department.
Key Details: Candidate must reside in the state of NY. Field marketing, relationship building, and enrollment covering Monroe County, Rochester, Finger Lakes, Western NY Regions.
- Manage and maintain assigned account and client relationships and service responsibilities
- Assist with all contract implementations and establishment of strong account relationships while ensuring a smooth transition of services for members
- Provide training to clients on the use and function of the products and services.
- Coordinate the design, development and rollout of product enhancements and related projects as requested by clients
- Complete scheduled site visits, conference calls and vendor delegation meetings with all accounts
- Act as liaison between all contracts and company operating departments on account management issues
- Track of all account related complaints/concerns and ensure timely follow-up, including resolution with all appropriate operations and/or corporate staff
- Work with staff to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts and manage account issues to closure
- Support sales and business development opportunities and assist in the development of RFP's and expansion of new business
- Translate ideas and client requests into actionable items for the operations
- Provide support and strategic business insight about products and services to management, peers and clients
- Assist with monitoring and tracking legislative or regulatory changes and issues for all states of operation

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of account management, client services, sales, or marketing experience.
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
