Description

Position Purpose: Responsible for the overall coordination of the office facilities and support services while providing administrative support to the entire location.

Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT. This is an on-site position and candidates must be located in North Carolina near Lumberton.

  • Oversee storage and destruction of all company records on-site and off-site
  • Assist management in coordinating all office services activities and facilities activities
  • Work with Corporate IS telecommunications staff and provide on-site contact to maintain effective telephone systems and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Oversee maintenance of all office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, fax machines
  • Key member of planning committee to coordinate new space development and renovation project
  • Assist members of management team with problem solving
  • May be required to be able to bend, crawl and lift up to 30 lbs on a frequent basis
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a related area. Knowledge of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting.Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour
