Description
Position Purpose: Performs access reviews, role provisioning, and supporting implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. Supports basic troubleshooting and coordinates with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.

- Participates in the ongoing technical development and deployment of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.
- Automates and optimizes new and existing processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of integration and joint designs.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, protocols and standards, and associated technologies.
- Designs, builds, implements, and deploys high availability solutions and other required IAM capabilities for large, cross platform projects.
- Develops and document standard operating procedures, IAM Standards, and technical design documentation (i.e. run-books, repository of documents, etc.).
- Designs, installs, and configures enhanced security models and other applications used for Identity Authentication and Authorization.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Gathers data, track trend metrics, and analyzes the results for continuous service improvement (capacity, monitoring system health, uptime and growth, etc.).
- Triages and implement changes needed to remediate issues or defects.
- Identifies opportunities for streamlining and increasing effectiveness through continuous process improvement.
- Designs applications including code, functionality, and interoperability with other systems and applications.
- Develops Identity and Access Management (IAM) specific detailed technical requirements and designs, and incorporates industry best practices for access management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Application access provisioning.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Customer Service.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with CyberArk and/or SailPoint.
- Experience with Privileged Account Management, File shares / file folders, and Batch “bulk” processing.
- Experience with IT Security Compliance standards.
- Proficiency with scripting.
- Experience with Reporting / Metrics.
- Knowledge of O365 / Teams / Confluence / SharePoint.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions – Amazon, Azure, etc.
Soft Skills:
- Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
- Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
