Description
Position Purpose: Provide communications strategy and execution for internal, employee, and change communications. Support the editorial cycle from creation to delivery for company written documents, communication and other content related to overarching communications projects or initiatives. Enable the change strategy through execution of communications as it relates to the successful execution of strategic initiatives. Develop end-to-end communications and best practices to support change across the organization.
- Write, review and revise materials that effectively align with the communication or marketing plan, including emails, newsletters or promotional materials.
- Manage the editorial process from creation to delivery and for content with internal partners to support overarching communications and/or marketing strategy, including identification of and reporting on content related metrics.
- Design, review and revise department and partner/client content distributed to ensure accuracy, appropriateness of content, readability and brand adherence.
- Create deliverables to promote and implement internal-facing initiatives such as awareness building, engagement events, education or incentive programs.
- Create artifacts and coordinate or deliver changes for internal website(s) and develop, implement and maintain the associated internal media channels.
- In partnership with leadership, drives strategy to support change through communications activities (to include Health Plan, Product and Shared Services alignment and partnership) which drive and accelerate enterprise transformation efforts.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, Email creation/sending programs, Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Forms, and Word).
License/Certification: Storytelling certification and Prosci certification (ADKAR Model) Nice to have
