Position Purpose: With the Corporate Performance Management Finance team, you will support the financial performance and operational analytics for business operations.
- Compile and analyze volume, productivity, staffing, savings, vendor, and cost data.
- Build recurring reports and executive-ready presentations.
- Maintain trackers; validating assumptions with operational partners; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support forecast and reconciliation work; and translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Handle complex and high-level financial analysis.
- Present and discuss analysis with upper management.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting experience, with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards or BI tools, variance analysis, and executive storytelling is important.
- Ability to work with imperfect data, clarifying assumptions, partnering across clinical operations, staffing, vendor, and finance stakeholders, and producing accurate, timely analysis in a fast-moving environment.
Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
