Position Purpose: Plan and direct all aspects of the operations for assigned products and its programs. Responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the product programs
  • Oversee all aspects of the assigned products and its programs, including operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the financial performance and growth of the product programs, including profit & loss.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-range strategic growth and development plans and budgets for the product programs.
  • Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiencies, develop plans to address needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and local, state and federal regulations.
  • Represent the organization in its relationships with key stakeholders related to the product programs.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master's Degree preferred.
10+ years of operations, administration, and management experience in the health care or insurance industry required.
5+ years in a senior management role, including strategic planning and product or program development experience required.

Pay Range: $227,700.00 - $431,400.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
