The Measure Up initiative aims to make diversity, equity, and inclusion disclosure and performance a critical metric for successful businesses.

Centene's Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups open to all employees and provide professional and leadership development opportunities, contribute to community engagement initiatives, and support business innovation and corporate best practices.

Women represent 75% of our employees and 64% of employees in supervisory positions.
MOSAIC Multicultural Network
49% of all employees identify as people of color, including 36% at the supervisory + level.
