Magnolia Health is looking for Care Navigators to join our growing team! In this role, you will make a difference where it matters most, in your local community.
- Hybrid and Remote positions available, must reside in Mississippi to be eligible
- Relevant bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience within healthcare
- Experience in maternal health, discharge planning, behavioral health or a medical surgical environment is preferred but not required
- Pay range: $22.50 - $38.00 per hour
