Description

This is a hybrid role in the state of Ohio. Applicants should reside within the state and have an active RN license or be a Physician's Assistant.

This position will perform duties to conduct and manage the day-to-day operations of the maternal child health and EPSDT functions communicating with departmental and plan administrative staff to facilitate department functions. Position also has oversight of Quality-of-Care team and provides departmental communication of outcomes.

Position Purpose: Perform duties to conduct and manage the day-to-day operations of the maternal child health and EPSDT functions communicating with departmental and plan administrative staff to facilitate department functions.

  • Ensure receipt of maternal and postpartum care and EPSDT services for members
  • Promote preventative health strategies and educate members on family planning services
  • Identify and coordinate assistance for identified member needs for maternal/child health and EPSDT
  • Promote compliance with federal and state regulations and contractual agreements.
  • Facilitate on-going communication between case management staff, members, contracted providers, and subsidiaries.
  • Develop staff skills and competencies through training and experience.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Health Services, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in related field preferred. 4+ years of clinical nursing or case management experience.

License/Certification: Current state's RN license or Physician’s Assistant. Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) preferred.Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
