*This position is on-site and will require the selected candidate to report into the Long Island City, NY office.
Position Purpose: Assist in activities related to the running of an office or program.
- Assist in clerical activities related to reviewing, processing, and routing member correspondence to the appropriate departments for resolution in a timely manner
- Handle physical mail and digital correspondence (emails and faxes) containing PHI/PHH with confidentiality and maintain accurate records
- Data enter assessments and authorizations into the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with company policies
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of related experience. Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment and operation of office equipment such as a personal computer. Experience working in a provider office or other healthcare office related position preferred.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
