Location: NY - Required to be in one of the NY office locations 2-3 times a week - Long Island City (preferred), Buffalo or Albany.

Position Purpose: Plan and direct all aspects of the operations for assigned products and programs, including responsibility for profit and loss

  • Oversee the development for new market initiatives, assessing new products, analyzing business opportunities, and integrating programs
  • Develop and implement monitoring standards to assess product results and performance
  • Maintain and update financial forecasts and financial performance, including profit and loss
  • Facilitate operational oversight for product and program functions, identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost reduction
  • Ensure operational processes and policies are compliant with corporate standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee new system, product, and business implementations
  • Represent the company's position on assigned product line issues at the state and national level on regulatory issues, rates, filings, and political questions
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field. 10+ years of healthcare, managed care, or related operations oversight experience. Previous experience in a senior management role, including strategic planning and product/program experience. Master’s degree preferred.Pay Range: $227,400.00 - $431,900.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
