Position Purpose: We are hiring for a Director, Implementation 1115 Waiver Health Equity with experience implementing transformational change efforts within healthcare. Health Equity, SDOH, Population Health, and Value Based Care experience is preferred.

  • Strategize, develop, implement, and manage new and existing initatives from initial conception through service delivery (targeted approaches) for the 1115 Waiver
  • Lead development and implementation efforts and cross-functional teams to develop and execute detailed project plans, workflows, marketing collateral content, and reporting specifications to support integrated and value-based care and population health goals
  • Monitor & analyze performance & outcomes trends to identify new opportunities or enhancements to existing programs in support of the waiver; provide actionable insights to drive improvement in key performance indicators
  • Ensures legal and regulatory compliance of new products and product enhancements
  • Cultivate strong relationships, collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to share performance data with partners, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Develop reports, presentations, summaries and other materials in support of 1115 organizational efforts to share with key partners
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of health care product development or management, marketing, or project management experience.Pay Range: $142,300.00 - $263,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
