***NOTE: This is a field based position (75% travel) within Indiana. We are seeking candidates who reside in Indiana***

Position Purpose: Build the company’s market position and increase revenue by supporting and performing activities to locate and develop new business opportunities

  • Oversee development of potential business opportunities by contacting potential stakeholders and partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities
  • Manage activities related to new business procurement and implementation including developing work plans, monitoring progress, establishing performance measurements and risk management strategies
  • Establish strong relationships, including regulators or other government officials and providers
  • Provide leadership to the business development and operational delivery models
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 6+ years of business development, sales or government policy experience. Experience with healthcare, managed care, Medicaid or Medicare preferred. Requires 100% travel. Licenses/Certifications: Current state driver’s licensePay Range: $101,500.00 - $187,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
