- Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach
- Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Customer service, Microsoft office and ability to multitask experience.
License/Certification: Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Missouri only
Pay range: $16.50 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
