Description:

Position Purpose: Conduct auditing and monitoring of activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements. Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct.

  • Review and analyze deliverables and data reports to identify trends in performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate sales allegations.
  • Request corrective action plans and track to completion to mitigate future risks.
  • Monitor vendor performance.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, compliance or related field experience. 2-4 years of experience with risk assessment requirements, auditing and reporting process, action plans, and compliance training.
