As part of the Centene company, Health Net of Arizona and Cenpatico Integrated Care are now Arizona Complete Health, offering Arizona residents continued access to quality health solutions.  Our National Medicare Solutions team is hiring a team of Medicare Inside Sales Representatives to support our National Medicare initiatives as we continue to expand and grow across the country. 

Position Purpose: The Medicare Inside Sales Representatives for our Medicare programs ensure that a Centene Medicare plan (Allwell or Health Net) is the choice for Medicare-eligible individuals. Representatives on this team will focus on conversions of members from other Centene programs (ie: marketplace programs, Medicaid, employer groups) that are newly eligible for Medicare. They use a consultative sales approach to encourage enrollment in a Centene Medicare plan by presenting product options to prospective members, while understanding and complying with Medicare regulations and company policies.   Representative conduct outbound call campaigns, follow up on leads and handle inbound telephone inquiries to achieve enrollment goals.  These activities may result in telephonic enrollments, in-home appointments, seminar reservations or an information request with follow up call. 

Conducts outbound calls and answers inbound prospective member calls and qualifies prospects.

Presents plan options to prospective members to encourage enrollment in a Centene Medicare plan. May complete the sale telephonically or refer leads to outside sales representatives for in-home appointments and enrollment meetings.

Follows up with leads telephonically and electronically (ie., email) encouraging enrollment into a Centene Medicare plan while retaining existing plan membership.

Handles web inquiries and responds through outbound calls or email.

Orders pre-sale materials and distributes leads to outside sales representatives via lead tracking system (Salesforce.com) as needed.

Follows scripts for inbound calls, outbound calls, and telephonic enrollments.

Remains up-to-date and familiar with competitor’s health insurance plans and industry trends.

Focus on production and keeps up with team goals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred. Minimum two years of experience in call center telesales, inside sales or related field.  Experience in insurance sales and Medicare highly desired.

License/Certification:
Valid insurance license issued by appropriate state insurance regulating agency for assigned states required within 45 days of hire
