Claims Analyst

As part of a tight-knit team and working as a partner to each provider, you’ll evaluate the needs of your health plan and process all claims in accordance with guidelines.

Claims Liaisons

While ensuring that provider and member requests are taken care of, you’ll review requests from providers and work with state health plans to ensure the accuracy and quality of claims.

Customer Service Representative

You’ll use your healthcare knowledge, analytical skills and our information resources to quickly and correctly answer questions from members and providers.

Enrollment Analyst

You’ll process incoming membership files and focus on maintaining the enrollment integrity of our individual health plan systems.

Systems Solutions Manager

Description:
Position Purpose: Supervise Broker Services Staff to ensure productivity and quality metrics are met and/or exceeded. Oversee daily operations of call center toward achievement of successful call center outcomes and organizational goals/initiatives.

  • Support integration of new business acquisitions and new or updated programs and services
  • Oversee all call center related activities including department workflows and communicate and reinforce standards to staff
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure broker satisfaction by resolving inquiries
  • Identify and analyze performance trends, management of personnel and recommend process improvements to leadership
  • Monitor telephone queue results to ensure compliance with contractual performance requirements and benchmarks
  • Hire, motivate, coach and supervise daily functions of broker services staff
  • Serve as primary point of contact for staff and resolve complex issues
  • Collect data for State, Corporate, Health Plan reporting as appropriate and submit to manager
  • Develop staff training/coaching materials for existing and new implementations
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
  • Qualifications:

    EducationExperience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of call center customer service experience preferably in managed care or i
    nsurance environment.  Experience in sales operations and with health insurance brokers and previous lead or supervisor preferred.
