Position Purpose: Provide support to maintenance and assist with coordinating subcontractors and vendors for large-scale building construction operations and related activities

  • Handle facilities requests assigned, including checking web based work orders, answer calls and ordering necessary furniture and supplies
  • Arrange all deliveries, installations, and approve various invoices
  • Coordinate with onsite Office Service Managers (OSM) and building property managers to ensure proper handling of any building, maintenance, or cleaning issues
  • Gather estimates, review, select and coordinate resolutions with OSM and Property management at location
  • Report on building maintenance issues to property management and ensure proper standards are applied throughout the building
  • Coordinate internal moves including ensuring the locations are clean and employees are provided necessary resources
  • Qualifications:

    Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of related facilities, property management or construction experience.
