Position Purpose: Perform necessary pharmacy services and prescription benefit related functions for internal customers, members, physicians and pharmacies.

Triage coverage determination requests submitted from providers through prior authorization system.
Review coverage determinations forms submitted by providers for accuracy and completeness.
Assist team in researching and resolving problems involving coverage determinations.
Contact providers for additional information to facilitate the coverage determination review.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of pharmacy experience.

PTCB or ExCPT certification required within 90 days of hire
