Position Purpose:

Assist and support Patient-Centered Primary Care Medical Homes in achieving targets for quality-related performance metrics.

Knowledge/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. At least one year of experience in a health services setting. Experience working in a health clinic or physician’s office preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
