Position Purpose:

• Lead the design, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on high complexity, “family” of business service solutions
• Responsible for the entire implementation process
• Drive definition of business need, responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality
• Responsible for identifying the need, defining and implementing improvements in the methods, standards and processes to better enable working in teams and constructing enterprise applications
• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
• Coordinate activities to allow automated access/approval for applications through our “Identity and Access Management (IAM) System”. Interaction with business application owners and technical staff is necessary to on-board applications.
• Conduct technical analysis of key IAM business processes related to IT Security, and convey the information to various audiences.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Project Managers
• Partner with internal organizations to align IAM BA processes with company best practices

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience and 1-2 years of business solutions experience with high complexity, multiple large application business processes.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Strong understanding of standard business processes and ability to map processes to business functions.
• Proficient using Visio to create process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC framework, led by Scrum Masters/Project Managers.
• Ability to mentor less-experienced Business Analysts.

This position will be supporting a Federal government contract, therefore it requires U. S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 or higher security.
