Chesterfield, Missouri Apply Now Job ID 1165248 Category Project Management Organization Centene Corporation Schedule Full-timePosition Purpose: This role partners with Talent Attraction business owners and key stakeholders to define scope and requirements, establish meaningful success metrics and business case summaries, create robust project plans, align project plans into a program plan and into the larger project ecosystem for the enterprise.
Manage stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time with desired outcomes and infuse all efforts with appropriate change management.
Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of projects that support the rapid optimization of the talent attraction organization.
Lead the internal linkage and communication structure within the talent attraction team, and will lead others both directly and indirectly.
Contribute to cross-functional planning, leveraging departmental strengths to create impactful plans for the brand that showcase out employee experience and journey
Partner with stakeholders to define Talent Attraction metric suite (including KPIs and SLAs), build reports and dashboards to monitor, forecast, evaluate and report on key metrics and analyze to guide strategy and improvement recommendations
Evaluate, implement and improve Talent Attraction processes to optimize the effectiveness of talent as an operation, drive consistency across our department, and meet all internal and external compliance requirements
Further develop Talent Attraction skill sets around business casing, project management, leveraging adjacent partners, and managing roadblocks/deadlines
Present to HR senior leadership complex story lines around enterprise-wide Talent Attraction project initiatives.
Integrate a new initiative into a true transformation in a pivotal role as we stand up the function.
Partner with Talent Attraction in strengthening business cases, developing project management, leveraging adjacent partners, and managing roadblocks and barriers.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred.
License/Certification: PMP certification preferred.
