Leader of Talent Attraction Client Management

Position Purpose: Establish and lead a strategic team designed to partner with our senior business leaders and HRBPs to build talent attraction strategies that enable our aggressive business strategies.  This business-aligned role provides holistic oversight to simplify the complex talent attraction strategies delivered through our vertically-aligned Talent Acquisition model.  As an advocate for quality and impact, this role localizes solutions for stakeholders, supports leaders in their role as Talent Multipliers, and provides transparency into the end-to-end processes for all stakeholders.  This job is a People Leader role responsible for influencing across the enterprise, establishing processes, procedures and SLAs, and managing performance of stakeholders, indirect and direct reports.

  • Participate as a member of the senior TA leadership team, to optimize a growing TA organization
  • Establish and lead the Client Management function for the enterprise
  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide thought and strategic leadership within the senior business leader, HRBP, TA relationship
  • Design and deliver processes, tools, and approaches that drive simplicity for business leaders in acquiring talent
  • Stack and localize solutions to address unique and rapidly evolving business needs
  • Build durable, consistent tools and resources to plan, manage and monitor execution
  • Leads the support of network activation efforts and the monitors the health of key pipelines
  • Leverage data to inform insights, recommendations, and actions
  • Influences all stakeholders on strategies and approaches to deliver necessary talent with optimal efficiency
  • Effectively operate within a highly matrixed business and HR model
  • Demonstrate agility and exceptionally clear prioritization
  • Develop hiring leader skills and capabilities, and ensure accountability to SLAs
  • Support compliance end-to-end
  • Proactively and constantly seek continuous improvement opportunities end-to-end, and effectively engages all relevant stakeholders to solve
  • Maintain currency in TA best practices
  • Build and lead a direct team, and indirect team

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience managing a high volume recruitment function. Experience with an in-house recruitment function. Considerable knowledge of the principles and processes related to recruiting, staffing and onboarding. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), internet, Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Healthcare experience preferred.

License/Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) certification a plus
