You’ll provide leadership, direction and strategic plans for project implementations while developing and managing large scale IT infrastructure operations.
Application Software Engineer
While creating and managing websites, applications and systems, you’ll install programs and design, build, and maintain custom-built technology solutions.
You’ll develop and implement processes for information management, while maintaining digital networks, providing technical assistance in resolving network issues, and modifying networks.
Using a variety of skills like SQL, Excel, Microstrategy, and SAS/R, you'll analyze, interpret, and apply data from multiple sources that contribute to business development.
Working in a highly collaborative environment, you’ll act as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT organization to support Centene’s systems and lead our healthcare transformation.

Position Purpose: Responsible for the implementation of enterprise wise and one-year IT projects.
Oversee and ensure successful implementation of enterprise wise and one-year IT projects and report to senior leadership on status
Partner with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and prioritize projects
Provide direction and guidance to inter-departmental teams throughout the project period
Ensure that all IT projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements
Define and develop IT project/program management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with Corporate strategy and goals
This is a Product Design manager role, you will lead a team of designers, providing direction and guidance while defining best practices for the design process and partnership cross-functionally. You're someone with a strong design background, an exceptional portfolio highlighting outcomes, and someone who's moved into management to help other designers.
You are a mentor, a coach, and interested in providing career development. Your role is to ultimately create a space for Product Designers to do their best work.
Hire, manage, mentor and inspire a team of product designers
Lead your team effectively, providing design direction and pushing the quality of the work
Focus the team, and company, on the user, making sure we're solving the right problems with the best solutions.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering
Contribute to our growing design team and design culture
Provide direction and guidance to product design teams to meet timely deliveries.
Supervise team on daily basis in product design and development activities.
Address team member grievances and provide support as needed.
Work with the team to prepare product design specification and integration documents.
Provide design solutions to meet cost-effectiveness and on-time deliveries.
Validate product designs, identify constraints and provide corrective actions.
Implement process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.
Interact with End-Users to clearly understand product requirements and vision.
Identify resource requirements and perform workload assignments to meet product design goals.
Develop best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development processes.
Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
Provide trainings to team members to improve technical skills.
Recommend new technologies and tools to optimize product design processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot product issues in a timely fashion.
Build positive and safe working environment for product design teams.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of combined IT and project/program management experience.
- 5+ years' experience UX/UI software design
